Legal Nature of Our Products
Transylvania Forever offers symbolic souvenir land plots in Transylvania intended for entertainment, gifting, and collectible purposes only.
Each symbolic plot is represented by a custom-designed certificate, which includes all relevant information regarding the plot, the beneficiary, and the symbolic nature of the ownership.
This document reflects a lifetime symbolic right of personal, non-commercial use, granted for commemorative and emotional value only.
These plots:
do not constitute real estate ownership under Romanian law, therefore, no property tax is required
are not transferable or eligible for legal transactions involving land (e.g., sale, equity, mortgages, inheritance),
and are not registered in any land registry, other than ours.
The purpose of this symbolic gesture is to offer a meaningful connection to the cultural and mythical heritage of Transylvania.
No separate legal agreement (such as a bailment contract) is necessary, as all relevant terms are clearly included in the certificate itself.
